Why Reflexology?

Reflexology is a natural, non-invasive complementary health therapy that is suitable for all ages from babies to older people. It promotes deep relaxation and wellbeing. It gently rebalances the body reducing stress, which is key to optimising good health, and builds resilience. A treatment provides a time for relaxation where you receive one to one attention, a supportive touch and an empathetic listening ear.
During a treatment all systems of the body are worked through the various reflexes thereby helping to relieve many conditions, such as stress, hormonal imbalances, digestive issues, aid pain management, back, neck and shoulder problems and much more.
I practice foot, hand and face reflexology and work intuitively to create a treatment designed for your needs and provide ongoing post treatment support and advice.
Zone Face Lift

About Me
I’m Wendy and practice Reflexology and Zone Face Lift.
After many years of working in the City of London as a Corporate Secretary, I decided to train as a holistic therapist. I studied with Louise Keet, Principal of the London School of Reflexology and author of The Reflexology Bible, which was such a great opportunity. Louise is so inspirational in her approach to holistic health. I qualified in 2007 and did further training courses with Louise to add to my knowledge. I recently trained in Hot Stone Reflexology with Sally Earlham to add more options to my treatment list. See links below to Louise and Sally's websites.

After spending some years in Dubai and Zanzibar I returned home to start my practice here in the UK. I had studied Indian Head Massage and Chinese Facial Massage with Regina Mason at Mersea Healing. Looking to expand these skills, I discovered Facial Reflexology and Zone Face Lift. I attended the Advanced Facial Reflexology module followed by Zone Face Lift training with Ziggie Bergman - creator of the ‘Bergman Method' of facial reflexology. Combined with my Indian Head and Chinese Facial Massage skills, I now have a powerful set of tools for my clients. My ultimate aim being to help people on their journey to better health.
